The problem we started with

Independent shops run on margins of one to two percent, and the systems they run on were built to sell, not to protect. Prices drift under costs, supplier rises land quietly, and the owner finds out at year end, when it is too late to fix.

What we believe

• The till you have is fine. Software should connect to it, not replace it.
• An owner should never need a manual. If it does not speak plain shop language, it is not finished.
• Nothing changes without the owner saying so, and everything that changes is logged and reversible.
• Estimates belong labelled as estimates. The only numbers that matter are measured on your shop.
