Almost every shop uses RetailGuard exactly as intended. This page exists for the edge cases, written in plain words rather than legalese. It forms part of our Terms.
In the normal case: we warn you first, suspend access if it continues, and end the account for serious or repeated breaches. For urgent security threats we may suspend first and talk second. Where activity is illegal, we report it. Fees are not refunded when an account is ended for cause.
No list covers everything. The principle behind every rule above: use RetailGuard to run your own shop better, and do not spoil it for anyone else. If something feels like it might be against the spirit of that, ask us first.
If you see abuse of the service, tell us through the contact form or write to retailguard.sales at gmail.com. We respond within one working day.
