Shop data: products, prices, costs, pack sizes, classifications, sales totals and price change history from the till system you connect. Contact data: the name, shop name, email and phone number you give us when you book a scan or sign up. Usage data: sign ins and actions taken in the dashboard, kept for security and support.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your shop's trading data with other shops. We do not use your data to train models for anyone else's benefit.
To provide the service you asked for: monitoring margins, producing reports, and applying the changes you approve. To contact you about the service. To meet legal obligations that apply to us.
Data is stored on servers in the European Union. Access is restricted to the people who need it to run the service, and every price change carries a full audit trail.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Disconnecting your shop stops the nightly sync immediately.
