RetailGuard provides margin monitoring, reporting and price management tools for retail shops. The service connects to your existing till system to read product, price, cost and sales data, and, where you enable it, to apply price changes you have approved.
You confirm you are authorised to connect RetailGuard to the till system in question. You remain responsible for the prices in your shop, including compliance with any applicable pricing and consumer protection rules. RetailGuard applies only changes you or your staff approve.
Every change applied through RetailGuard is logged with its before and after values and can be reversed from the history page. Where a change cannot be applied, it is reported as failed rather than silently retried.
Savings figures shown in the product and on this site are estimates based on published industry research and your own shop data where available. They are not a guarantee of recovery or profit.
Plans are billed monthly, net of VAT, with no setup fee. You can cancel at the end of any billing month. The free margin scan is free, with no obligation.
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, RetailGuard is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
