How it works

Reorder Suggestions reads the actual selling pace of every line, week by week. When a product is selling faster than your delivery window can cover, it flags the gap and tells you how many cases to bring in.

Built from your own till data. Not a generic forecast, not a guess. Just what actually moves off your shelves, measured continuously.

The mechanism

Every product gets a rolling velocity score built from what actually sells. No stock counts needed. The system watches movement through the till and projects forward against your delivery schedule.

When projected sales outpace projected supply, the flag goes up. Simple maths, real data, no guesswork.

// The numbers

ECR Retail Loss Group research puts out of stock losses at 5 to 10 percent of potential sales. For a shop doing a million a year, that is estimated at between 50,000 and 100,000 sitting on the table. Most of it comes from the same 30 or 40 lines running dry on the busiest days.

154,013 product lines synced nightly. The velocity engine knows which ones move fastest and when they move fastest.
